Overview
Part 1.0 introduced readers to Christian Zionism, doctrinal subset of evangelical Christianity, and its growth to a point wherein it’s a substantial pro-Israel political influence and supporter. Evidence of its continuing influence is illustrated in comments made by US ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee and a recent interview with Texas Congressman Ted Cruz, both committed Christian Zionists. The implications are obvious – religious beliefs, (erroneous in my view) inform thinking, speech, policy positions and ultimately political action on the ground.
Part 2.0 offers some perspectives on Christian Zionism and outlines several of its problematic stances and actions associated with its unconditional support for Israel. It also challenges churches with a Zionist bent to take a bolder stance against Israel’s aggressions and war on Gaza.
Part 3.0 looks at the “fruits” of Zionism as revealed in Gaza and beyond and examines its psychopathy. Here we may find a plausible explanation for at least some of Israel’s anti-human behaviour and gain some insight into the character of Christian Zionism’s dance partner.

Eyes that “see”
We’re long past the moral equivocating in the Israel-Palestine- Gaza conflict. Clearly a genocide is playing out before our eyes, the reflexive Zionist denials notwithstanding. Beyond the agonizing events of the genocide, we must ask what the world can salvage from the rubble. Journalist Caitlin Johnstone says that Gaza has instructive value serving, among other things, as a “mirror”, a “symptom”, a “revelation” and a “test”. But here’s my disclaimer. Gaza can only have instructive value for those with eyes to see. And it’s pretty clear that not all eyes are open permitting their owners to “see” reality objectively.
Canadian author, Robertson Davies made the vital distinction: the eye can only see what the mind is prepared to comprehend. The next question is: “see what in particular?” Let’s review. Part 1.0 was primarily about seeing/understanding the ideology of Christian Zionism. Part 2.0 invited readers to see how the outside world assess the CZ marriage with Zionism and it’s impact on a world on the brink. And Part 3.0 invites readers, and CZ, adherents in particular, to see/understand who its Zionist dance partner really is beneath the PR lipstick and religious pretences.
This is the moment of truth, a crucible moment. There will never be a better opportunity to gain new insights into the motives, character and “fruits” of Zionism than what we’ve been given right now. We’ve entered a pivotal phase and are rapidly approaching Peak Disclosure. And to paraphrase Luke 8:17, All that is hidden will be revealed.
So how shall CZ judge the character of its Zionist partner? Johnstone says, Gaza is “showing us who among us really stands for truth and justice and who has been deceiving us about themselves and their motives this entire time.” Building on that, I’m proposing that readers apply two basic tests of Zionist Israel’s character and conduct.
- How much of a commitment to and respect for truth do Zionists, their minions and their allies have? Is Zionism a credible partner for Christians?
- What kind of “fruit” is Zionism yielding — good or bad? How has Zionist Israel conducted itself over the years and since October of 2023 in particular?
Warning: The following text is my critique and as such contains a sprinkling of satire.
A history of atrocities and a propensity for deception
It’a uniquely bad combination. On the one hand, Zionists are masters of deception, propaganda and forever playing their “antisemitic” victim cards. (The former motto of Mossad was, “By deception, we shall wage war.”) And on the other, CZ’s appear to be capable of dancing around evil with the detachment of Mary Poppins, high on spoonfuls of doctrinal “sugar”. (My relative’s “Corrupt UN” is illustrative).
But it hasn’t and it won’t stop the truth from spurting out like blood from Gaza’s wounded. Satan probably didn’t count on the prevalence of cell phones cameras, citizen journalists, and wall-to-wall global internet connection. And he certainly underestimated the willingness of courageous journalists and reporters to put their lives on the line to tell the truth regarding events transpiring in Gaza as best they could.
I’ve reported earlier on Israel’s record in terms of killing journalists. It’s disheartening. I’m reminded that it’s been said that evil is ultimately at war with the truth. But it’s not winning, Despite the best efforts of armies of censors, digital assassins, professional denier-liars, spin doctors, revisionists, snipers, intimidators and ‘debunkers”, many in the direct employ of the country, the deeds of Zionist Israel, the fake, perpetual victim, are being exposed. The larger world has glimpsed it and is repulsed. It’s reaching ordinary Israelis. And it will eventually reach even long-insulated, distracted and credulous North American and Canadian Christians. And its not a pretty picture.
Who by now isn’t aware of Israel’s penchant for killing civilians (specialty: women and children), aid workers, doctors, nurses, first-responders and journalists? Israel’s record of atrocities spans both periods of war and peace. And too often the maiming and killing continues despite cease fires and the “protection” of humanitarian safe zones. Perhaps I missed it, but Is there a military that has of late demonstrated a greater propensity for destroying homes and hospitals, torturing and murdering prisoners, (including doctors) and sniping starving Gazans seeking food?
As to the latter outrage, it’s been reported over 1,000 Palestinians have been killed while attempting to retrieve food aid. Israel’s Liar-in-Chief counters with, “There is no starvation in Gaza.” Investigative journalist, Hal Turner, responded with the comment: “Apparently, the man is either completely detached from reality or just a psychopathic liar.” I doubt the list of Israel’s atrocities ends there however, as I’ve encountered at least one report that it’s engaged in harvesting (Palestinian) organs.
Let’s not pretend that the outrageous crimes bering reported are newly-acquired habits, occasional accidents of war or momentary moral lapses during Israel’s history. Retired IDF military veterans were interviewed regarding their roles in army attacks on Palestinian villages during the Nakba (1947-49). Their accounts uniformly reveal remarkable level of detachment and a complete absence of shame or remorse regarding the rapes and random murders which they and their colleagues committed. It’s not surprising then that in 2018, Anthony Tarrant characterized the entire history of Israel from the Nakba until today as one of one genocidal treatment of Palestinians.
Israel’s history of atrocities, aided by it’s infinite capacity for outright lies, denial and false flag deceptions is mind-warping at the best of times. But its dark talents don’t end there. Israel’s perennial projection of its criminality unto its enemies is legend. The full Zionist treatment tends to leave normal healthy humans apoplectic and grasping for adequate descriptors. The words “psychotic” and “psychopathic” surface repeatedly in articles by analysts. One observer calls it “unfathomable evil”. Today, it’s on full display, and no amount of denial and PR “lipstick” can hide the “cry-bully” hag beneath it. But let’s look deeper for an explanation.
Evidence of Zionist psychopathy
Anthony Tarrant diagnoses the State of Israel “and the vast majority of its population” as psychopathic, a condition defined in the Oxford Dictionary as: Suffering from or constituting a chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent behavior. Tarrant attributes Israeli psychopathy to the “disease” of Zionism which he in turn defines as a “highly virulent form of theocratic nationalism” and one also afflicting America.
Tarrant’s diagnosis is consistent with the assessments of political scientist, Norm Finkelstein and journalist Max Blumenthal. The former has described Israel as “a lunatic state”. Max Blumenthal describes Zionist Israel as the “ultimate frenemy” of the West infected with the racism of a supremacist ideologue. It’s not difficult to find evidence that Israel and an inculcated segment of its population are, in the polite terms of my parents’s generation, “mentally disturbed”.
The symptoms of its disease are often manifest in Zionist Israel’s supremacist attitude and the words and deeds of the the country’s religious leaders, and members of its government security agencies and general population. Its toxins are spewed at non-Jews, non-compliant Jews any and all who dare to criticize it. And as with any supremacist, delusion, there can be no admission of wrong-doing, no remorse and no apologies The war in or war on Gaza has surfaced some of Israel’s darkest impulses for all the world to see.
Here’s am excerpt from a March 13, 2025 UN Human Rights Council release headlined; “More than a human can bear”: Israel’s systematic use of sexual, reproductive and other forms of gender-based violence since 7 October 2023.” (Italic)
The report found that sexual and gender-based violence – which has risen in frequency and severity – is being perpetrated across the Occupied Palestinian Territory as a strategy of war for Israel to dominate and destroy the Palestinian people.
Specific forms of sexual and gender-based violence – such as forced public stripping and nudity, sexual harassment including threats of rape, as well as sexual assault – comprise part of the Israeli Security Forces’ standard operating procedures toward Palestinians.
Other forms of sexual and gender-based violence, including rape and violence to the genitals, were committed either under explicit orders or with implicit encouragement by Israel’s top civilian and military leadership, the report said.
A climate of impunity also exists with regard to sexual and gender-based crimes committed by Israeli settlers in the West Bank, with the aim of instilling fear into the Palestinian community and expelling them.
This statement from the Israeli Heritage minister, Amichai Eliyahu reveals a lot about both political motivations and the empathy deficiency of Zionists.
“Thank God we are erasing this evil. All of Gaza will be Jewish. We shouldn’t be dealing with hunger in Gaza — let the world take care of them. No nation feeds its enemies. Have we completely lost our minds? Should we can about their evening meal?”
In healthy societies, such dark impulses would be held in check by a collective conscience or social or religious consensus. In Israeli society however any self-critique is met with immediate condemnation and accusations of heresy. Yair Golan, a former IDF deputy chief of staff and head of The Democrats Party cautioned the government regarding its murderous conduct: “a sane country does not fight against civilians, does not kill babies as a hobby, and does not give itself the aim of expelling populations.”
His comments — ultimately a warning that Israel was risking pariah state status — triggered intense vitriol. National Unity chairman, Benny Gantz “called on Golan ‘to retract and apologize’ to the troops for his ‘outrageous, false, and extreme’ statement, which Gantz said ‘endangers the freedom of our heroic fighters’ to operate in Gaza”. So, in the reifying political atmosphere of the Natanyahu regime, truth becomes lies and objective critique becomes a dangerous threat. And the one offering the critique immediately becomes an enemy of the state. It seems that George Orwell’s Oceana has a kindred spirit in Israel.
Atrocities and war crimes have become a trademark of Israel’s IDF and the country’s “enforcers” in general. There’s first hand forensic evidence and witness testimonials affirming it. Medical personnel working in Gaza report finding bullets lodged in the heads and hearts of dead babies. (See: 65 Doctors, nurses and paramedics: What we saw in Gaza below) And why is it that moments of lucidity on the part of IDF perps follow rather than precedetheir murderous outbursts? By then. it’s a case of damage done.

Blood-soaked headlines concerning the killing of civilians (specializing in woman and children) and displacement of the Palestinian population in Gaza and the West Bank are a powerful testament to Zionist psychopathy. Zena al Tahhan (Mondoweiss) reports that six months after Israel expanded assault on refugee camps in the northern West Bank, “over 42,000 Palestinian refugees remain forcibly displaced.” Steven Donziger states, in a July 22, 2025 article published in Sings of the Times, says the major media outlets have massively understated Gaza carnage. By his estimate, Israel has killed about 20.7% of Gaza’s population or 434,00 people, that would be roughly equivalent to 70 million Americans on a proportional basis.
A former US Green Beret employed by a contractor transporting food aid to Gaza was gobsmacked by the war crimes he witnessed: “In my entire career I have never witnessed the level of brutality and use of indiscriminate and unnecessary force…” His observations resonate with a former member of the US special forces recalled of his days working side by side on assignment with Israeli forces. He says; “I was almost in disbelief about the capacity for evil and cruelty that these Israelis have.” This widely travelled veteran military man came to the remarkable conclusion: “They are not like us.” (@AidenHunter X-)
Accounts concerning the brutal conduct of Israeli soldiers and police aren’t unusual or confined to the current Gaza war chapter. I recall that five to six years ago, an American journalist pointed to a commonality among American police officers accused of brutality. The common denominator was the fact they had received special training in Israel.
As noted earlier, the psychosis isn’t limited to those serving in the isn’t Israel’s’ police, military and security forces. Tarrant states that it infects a large percentage of the Israeli population. The account of public protests in support of soldiers found guilty of raping prisoners lends some credence to his claim. Gary Flomenhoft, like me, examines the issue from a personal perspective and published his conclusion in a December 2023 issue of Veterans Today.
Flomenhoft begins with an anecdote presumably illustrative of psychosis within the general population. Medea Benjamin of Code Pink tweeted regarding the nastiness of Zionists encountered at a Pro-Israel rally in November of 2023. Benjamin had called for a ceasefire and let’s just say it wasn’t well received. One woman “lovingly” (my descriptor) proposed in turn that “Medea be filmed getting raped, and the film sent to her mother.”
Pre-traumatic stress disorder
Flomenhoft’s entire family is Zionist, and he was raised to be Jewish and until age 11. Thus, he feels he can offer some insights into why Reform, Conservative and Secular Zionists think and act as they do. His explanation in short is “psychological torture and trauma inflicted by on the young by authorities and ultimately producing extreme trauma and paranoia in the entire population.
For young males it begins with their circumcision — no anaesthesia allowed. Jewish Sunday School and temple subjects children to a heavy diet of fear and trauma-inducing content. The narratives convince Jews the entire world hates them, they need to stick together and another holocaust may be in their future. At age eleven, the children are shown movies of WWII concentration camp footage and presented with the lampshade and soap “supposedly” derived from dead Jews.
Flomenhoft believes writer Gilad Atzmon’s diagnosis of “pre-traumatic stress disorder” hits the nail on the head. Atzmon’s defines this Zionist Jew stress as “the outcome of a phantasmic event, an imaginary episode set in the future; an event that has never taken place.” The former also recommends Laurent Guyénot’s similar explanation in his book “From Yahweh to Zion”.
The foregoing should make my assessment of Zionism clear. As useful as the pre-traumatic stress disorder explanation for its psychopathy is, it’s not sufficient. Importantly, it doesn’t venture into the spiritual ream. In the search for possible explanations and insights into the Zionist character and propensity for depravity and anti-human behaviour, we’re going to go deeper.
That shocked reaction of the former US military officer who worked next to members of the Israeli military is a good start point: “They are not like us.” (Interesting, given that Jews often refer to non-Jews as “goyim” meaning “cattle”. ) The ex military man added that he suspected his Israeli military counterparts had a demonic lineage. (Brace for cognitive dissonance as we’re venturing into the woo in Part 4.0)
